当意大利美食遇到中国“网红超市”盒马鲜生,将会给消费者带来哪些惊喜?

 

    由意大利对外贸易委员会上海代表处(ITA)以及意大利驻上海总领事馆主办,意大利农业部协办的意大利美食周,将于2017年11月21日在HEMA盒马鲜生上海湾分店盛大开幕。特邀嘉宾——意大利上海总领事  Stefano Beltrame裴思泛先生和意大利对外贸易委员会上海代表处首席代表Massimiliano Tremiterra马世骧先生将莅临现场和盒马鲜生上海总经理曹成智先生共同为意大利美食周开幕剪彩并致辞,活动旨在推广意大利原产地命名保护(PDOs)和地理标示保护(PGIs)的概念以及为更多意大利商品进驻盒马鲜生拉开序幕。

 

    作为“欧洲菜肴起源”的意大利,其饮食文化的流行在今日中国社会方兴未艾。饮食文化作为意大利文化最重要的内涵,饮食文化的传播便成为中意之间交流最关键和直接的方式。意大利经典的烹饪手法和食物作为意大利文化不可分割的一部分,通过意大利美食周这个重要渠道,不仅向消费者传递生活品质和生活方式,更是中意两国友谊深入交流的媒介。

    11月21号-28日主办方在盒马鲜生设立的意大利角,参与者可切身体验DOP/IGP商品以及丰富的试吃活动,意大利大厨特别制作的意大利美食,尽情款待你的味蕾,深入了解意大利美食美酒的魅力。访客亦可参加现场的互动,回答PDO / PGI相关问答游戏,更有机会赢取意大利高端佳酿。

 

    在此不得不提及此次主办方:意大利对外贸易委员会 - ITA 是根据意大利国家经济发展部战略,致力于支持意大利企业国际化的政府机构。机构能为意大利及外国公司提供信息、支持和建议,其职能是发展,优化和促进意大利对外经济贸易关系,特别重视中小型企业,协会和团体的需求。

    The Italian Food Week, sponsored by the ITA Italian Trade Commission Shanghai Office, will be officially launched on November 21, 2017 at the Hema box Shanghai Bay branch. Special guests will be Consul General of Italian Republic in Shanghai Stefano Beltrame and the Trade Commissioner of the ITA Italian Trade Commission Shanghai Office Massimiliano Tremiterra, together with Hema Fresh Shanghai General Manager Mr Cao to cut the ribbon and toast the speech for opening ceremony, in order to promote the concept of protected origin of DOP/IGP in Italy, and announce the launch of forthcoming Italian premium merchandises in Hema

 

    Italy is known as the “the ancestor of European cuisine”, Italian cooking culture is certainly one which is of more interest to Chinese society today. As food culture is one of the most important connotation of Italy culture, food culture communication is an important aspect and one of the most direct way of communication between Italian and Chinese culture. As an inseparable part of Italian culture, through the promotion of Italian cuisine Italy Taste Week can act as a vital channel to deliver life quality and lifestyle as well as to promote the establishment of a deeper friendship between China and Italy in fond cultural exchanges.

 

    Italy Taste Week introduces the well-known Italian gourmet, not only offering glamour, but also advocating the quality guarantee from protected origin of DOP/IGP in Italy. Recognizing Hema’s fixation on quality, to host Italy Week within their stores offers a platform from which ITA can display the wealth of gourmet food and wine.

 

    Attendees can look forward to an expert overview of the significance of DOP and IGP goods before experiencing first-hand the mouth-watering offerings as they are treated to live cooking shows and flavor-packed tastings from in-store chefs. Italy Corner, lasting from 21-28th, set inside Hema Fresh will treat our taste buds to know more about the glamour of extraordinary Italian food and beverages. Guests can participate interactively with ITA social media in the hope of winning premium Italian wines offered by involved sponsors (GIV and MEZZACORONA).
